At 18 months, Kaleb already has his daily routine. When he wakes up in the morning, grabs my hand and walks me to the steps. Once downstairs, he guides me to the cabinet so that I can get his breakfast bar. With that in hand, he then move to the refrigerator for his milk. Once he had both of these items, we walks towards the steps, looks at me as if to say “hurry up” and begins to climb the stairs. If we do not follow his routine, he is not a happy camper. I wish that he would stick to my daily routine as much as he wants me to stick to his.
