Miriam & Omari | Engaged

I am so glad that I didn’t find out until the we were engrossed into their engagement session. Had I known beforehand, I would have been extremely nervous. While conversing with the couple I discovered that they were event photographers. It made me a little anxious and extremely humbled at the same time. Anxious because I was worried if my work would be good enough (yes, I still get butterflies) and humbled because as photographers they saw the quality in my work and decided to have me photograph their engagement/wedding. Miriam and Omari was extremely comfortable in front of the camera. I was amazed at how natural they were. It has been my experience that photographer’s have a hard time in front of the camera (which is why they stay behind it, or at least in my case). They obviously share a bond that in unmatched. I can’t wait to photograph their wedding in July.
